Our Traditional Recipe Packages suggest a minimum boil of 8 quarts (2
gallons of water) plus ingredients which will contribute about another 2
quarts to the total volume. We suggest a brew-pot of 16 to 20
quarts that should be made of stainless steel, copper, porcelain enamel
or polished aluminum.
