All-Grain Recipe Packages

These all-grain recipe packages are NOT for everyone.

They require the use of ‘mashing’ procedures and advanced equipment such as mash tun and lauter tun. Additionally, you will need a 40 quart brew kettle, a heat source that is more efficient than an electric range and a wort chiller in order to make these recipes.

The recipes are designed around the finest 2-row malted barley, appropriate specialty malts, choicest pelletized hops for bittering, whole hops for flavoring & aromatics, Irish Moss and Priming Sugar. Also included in the recipes is the best liquid yeast cultures available to make each style unique - our choice for yeast is White Labs pitchable vials.

The grains in these recipes recipes are NOT CRACKED.
They can be cracked for 15 cents per pound of grain - about $1.50 per recipe.

Things you could use to make these recipes easier:
1 nylon hop bags will simplify the bittering hop addition by eliminating a lot of the hop residue.
1-2 nylon grain bags will simply the flavoring and aromatic hop additions.
