Caravan India Pale Ale is a copper colored, highly hopped example of a classic English Ale. Originally brewed with a higher hop rate and original gravity to preserve it on it’s voyage from Great Britain to India. The India Pale Ale met with favor among hopheads the world around. You may wish to add a small amount of oak chips to your secondary to simulate oak barrel aging.
