High Sierra Celebration Ale

High Sierra BigFoot

Color International Bittering Units Alcohol
19 77 +/- 9.6

We have changed the name from Chico to High Sierra but it is still the same great beer!

Big Foot is as strong as its name implies. As with all beers of the barley wine style, it has a very pronounced winey character. Developed by the great amount of malt employed, the flavor is balanced by the incredibly high hop rate. It boasts a dense, fruity bouquet and an extremely rich, intense, bittersweet palate, with an indescribable chewy sensation. The aroma possesses an earthy quality to accompany the remarkably deep flavor. The secret to this beer is in extended aging.
