We have changed the name from Chico to High Sierra but it is still the same great beer!

High Sierra Pale Ale is a beer with a harmonic complexity and striking bronze appearance. This beer is well hopped, with an unmistakable citrus character that is a result of it’s use of American Cascade hops. Grown primarily in Yakima, Washington, a fertile region on the shores of the Yakima River, these hops play an important role in the creation of the powerful flowery aromatics of this brew. It has a smooth and very drinkable medium bodied character. The pour exhibits high carbonation and sound head retention.

Commercial example: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
