This is a dark version of a weizenbier with a more pronounce malty aroma and flavor achieved by use of chocolate malt that helps to tone down the clove and banana characteristics. This version is designed to exhibit a nice tea color that frames a delightful beer of modest hop characteristics with wheaty tartness and luscious dark malt.
