Nut'n Honey Brown Ale

Color International Bittering Units Alcohol
23 16 +/- 4.4

Nut’n Honey Brown Ale is nothing like any other Brown Ale in the world. To describe this beer as being very complex would be an understatement. It’s deep brown color is developed from the use of abundant portions of chocolate malt and 120 degree loviband crystal malt. The detectable bitterness produced by the use of cascade hops doesn’t overwhelm the malty, smooth character. It is medium to full bodied, with a nutty flavor imparted by the use of victory malt. The clover honey added at the end of boiling process imparts a distinctive sweet character that is very refreshing. The hoppy boutique is derived from use of additional cascade hops for dry hopping. The carbonation level makes this beer very drinkable.
