American Cream Stout

Evil Brown

Color International Bittering Units Alcohol
17 35 +/- 4.0

Our Evil Brown is a clone of the popular microbrewed ale, for Pete’s sake. It has a more pronounced hop bitterness than English Brown Ale, but malty smoothness is not left by the wayside. Of a deep copper to tawny brown hue, this ale has a powerful and unmistakable American aroma. The distinctly different hop flavor and bitterness is accomplished by the use of Brewer’s Gold hops. Each pour will entice the senses of smell and taste, and wait ’til you see it’s creamy head retention.

Commercial example: The WICKED brewery will not allow us to mention their name!
