Gelatin

A clarifying agent. Gelatin is an excellent fining agent in kegged beer, when force carbonation is employed.

USAGE:
Add 1 teaspoon to a cup of tap water in a sauce pan.
Gradually increase the heat while stirring until a temperature of 170 degrees is reached.
Add to the beer in the secondary and allow 3-5 days to settle prior to bottling.

Irish Moss

Clarifying agent. A dried form of marine algae.
It causes haze-forming substances to coagulate and settle out.

USAGE:
Add 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons to the wort in the last 20-30 minutes of the boiling process

Polyclar

This is our best and most highly recommended clarifying agent although it is basically "plastic powder".  Don't worry, it is not harmful if digested.  This a pharmaceutical grade bonding agent for tablet medicines.
It causes haze-forming proteins (chill haze) and tannins to coagulate and settle out.

USAGE:
Add 1 and 1/2 teaspoons to a 1/2 cup of water @ 170 degrees.
Stir well, and pour into the secondary.
Allow 4-6 days to settle.
