Want to make a genuine Lager or Pilsner beer? Use a genuine Lager yeast! This
strain is widely used by Western European commercial breweries and will produce
the best of its Pilsner/lager flavors when fermented at low temperatures (50ºF-57ºF)
yet producing very good beers at room temperature. Saflager S-23 is a true lager
yeast with a medium flocculation.
