The best size brew-pot for making our Traditional Recipe Packages.

Made of higher quality stainless steel than used in standard houseware stockpots.

In these packages, we will be boiling 2 gallons (8 quarts) plus the ingredients, giving a total boiling volume of about 10 quarts. Therefore the this pot is very adequate.

Lid included has a steam release valve.

The Diameter of this kettle is 11.5 inches and has a height of 9.5 inches.
