Made of higher quality stainless steel than used in standard houseware stockpots.

This 30 quart capacity allows you to boil a 6-gallon wort down to 5-gallons over the span of an hour.

By boiling the entire batch instead of topping up with water, you will make a better tasting beer with more body. Up-grading to a larger kettle is the first recommendation that I suggest one should consider in making better beer.

Due to the larger boil, it may be necessary to add a Super Immersion Chiller to aid in the cool down of the batch unless you are on a deep well with cold tap water. An "ice bath" may no longer suffice as your means of cooling down the batch.
