Return of Merchandise

Any person doing business with Alternative Beverage agrees to the following return policy:

• Request for returning merchandise must be made in writing or by email in advance of return of the product 

• Any merchandise being returned must be in new, unused condition.

• Ingredients may NOT be returned for a refund.

• Returned merchandise remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received.

• Shipping costs & insurance on the returned merchandise is the responsibility of the returnee.

• Returned merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee

• No returns or adjustment will be made on merchandise held for more than 30 days.
