High Sierra Stout

High Sierra Porter

We have changed the name from Chico to High Sierra but it is still the same great beer!

High Sierra Porter is a delicious, dark colored, medium-bodied ale made with roasted barley. It is relatively dry compared to English porters, with a hint of coffee flavor that increases the complexity. It has a creamy head and a very rich, smooth, malty flavor. The strict use of American-grown ingredients make this beer an accurate representation of its namesake.

Commercial example: Sierra Nevada Porter
