Panther Pride Porter is a recipe designed in honor of the Carolina Panthers NFL team. It is well balanced and almost black beer with a medium alcohol content. The use of a generous amount of Weyermann smoked malt contribute a smoky flavor to represent all the teams the Panthers have "smoked" leading to the Super Bowl. It is well hopped because these "Cats" have a serious bite. It has good head retention and nice hoppy aroma and is very easy drinking.
