Cascade

Cascade hops, grown in the Yakima Valley in Washington,
are a fragrant
and flowery aroma hop, with a citrus character that is quite conspicuous.
Widely used in
many American pale ales.
The alpha rating is normally 4.5 - 6.5%.
Their primary use is for bittering and/or finishing.
