Irish Light Ale is a golden colored version of English Pale Ale. It is less aggressively hopped and not too bitter, with strong impact from both flavoring and aromatic hops resulting from dry hopping. Carbonation is higher than a Pale Ale, but the head retention properties and body will remain comparable. The yeast will yield a woody/estery aroma profile.
