Our Red Cherry Ale is our version of ‘Cherries in The Snow’ from Charlie Papazian’s ‘Complete Joy of Brewing’. It’s a complex beer that combines cherries, malt extract, a mild blend of hops, and patient aging to develop a refreshing spring experience. This light colored beer is full bodied and mild with a distinctive cherry character. The specialty malts produce an aromatic, grainy quality, and the hops are subtle yet flavorful. This beer has a clean tartness which instills a desire for another. The carbonation level is high.
