Scottish Light Ale

A Scottish Light Ale is a less aggressively hopped version of an English Pale Ale with a nice amber color. It has a good amount of bitterness (13 IBU’s) for the amount of alcohol it possesses. It has good impact from both flavoring & aromatic hops, achieved by dry hopping. Carbonation will be greater while the head retention properties and body will remain comparable to the Pale Ale.
