The main thrust of this style is the use of Czech-grown hops, which
accentuates the floral aromatics. There is nothing that even remotely resembles the
bouquet of a true Bohemian Pilsener. The light golden hue might mislead you, as this beer
is rather full-bodied and rich in flavor. Czech hops are used liberally to enhance the
bitterness and flavor, as well as the aforementioned aroma. Carbonation is considerably
high with solid head retention. The nose will be slightly flowery with just a hint of
maltiness.
