An exciting new wine experience is being offered, but only for a limited time. Winexpert has announced the
one-time production of a very unique product, Chocolate Raspberry Port. This lush and exotic dessert wine will
be available by pre-order only until August 6th, 2007 with delivery in mid-September 2007. There will be no
additional product offered after the August 6th deadline.
Chocolate Raspberry Port is crafted from the finest wine juice available and incorporates only natural flavors and essences. Like the traditional Speciale Port, the Chocolate Raspberry Port will finish out at 15-16.5% alcohol. While it is in the half-batch (3 US gallon) Speciale dessert wine format, this kit will be made to full strength. No water additions will be necessary. The same equipment will be required as with any Speciale product, mainly a primary fermentation bucket and a 3-gallon carboy. Body: medium Oak: light Sweetness: dry | ||||||||
