We bring this honey in from Florida.

This is a brilliantly light golden color and distinctive citrus aroma make it highly sought out for it's mead making capabilities. It has an intense aroma and it tastes just like an orange blossom smells.

We do not heat our honey to excessive temperatures. Honey at your local store is heated extensively to help prevent any crystallization that might occur while it is sitting on the shelf.

Excessive heating like this removes many of the minerals and qualities of honey that make it so beneficial for your diet.

All of our honey is filtered, raw, unpasteurized, and Kosher with no additives.
