A dark lager popularized in the Bavarian region of Germany. This beer has all of the character of lager with the body of a dark beer. Serve ice-cold.
Includes yeast and instructions.

Recommendation: Use 2# or 3# light DME instead of corn sugar.

Dry Yeast , Light Dried Malt Extract , Sugar (priming) , and Hops .
