Day 1
Fill to shoulders - set up blow-off into 1-2" water
1 tsp of bleach

Day 4/5
Replace blow-off tubing
with airlock

Set up with airlock

Day 10-12
Transfer to the bottling bucket

Bottle!
Condition for 2 weeks at room temp.
