We have not been able to find an adequate location in Charlotte for our needs at a price that we can afford; therefore, we will be moving the warehouse/mail order operation into the Sprectrum Dye Plant on the Catawba River in Belmont.

We are looking for a location for our retail in the University / Huntersville area and hope to decide on a location within the next 2 weeks - if all goes well.

We will start moving on Thursday, September 13th with Friday, September 14th being our last day in our present location. Any large equipment will be on sale through the remainder of our stay and everything, EXCEPT RECIPE PACKAGES will be on sale starting Thursday, the 13th.

It has been a glorious run for 22 years in this building. I hate to think about our stay here ending. But changes can be good if we allow them to challenge us.

We will try to find ways to serve you and make this transition as easy as possible. You will always be able to stop by the new warehouse and browse our wares, order by phone or over the internet for UPS or FEDEX delivery.
