Acid Test Papers - Beer

Measures pH between 4.6 and 6.2.
Accurate in daylight conditions. 100 papers.

Procedure:
Dip a glass rod into wort/mash.
Allow 1-2 drops to flow onto litmus paper 1/2" from the end.
Shake off the excess liquid.

Acid Test Papers - Wine

Measures pH between 2.8 and 4.4.
Accurate in daylight conditions. 100 papers.

Procedure:
Dip a glass rod into the "must".
Allow 1-2 drops to flow onto litmus paper 1/2" from the end.
Shake off the excess liquid.

Chlorine Test Papers

Measures available chlorine in a range between 10 p.p.m. and 200 p.p.m.
Accurate in daylight conditions. 100 papers.

Procedure:
Dip a glass rod into the water.
Allow 1-2 drops to flow onto litmus paper 1/2" from the end.
Shake off the excess liquid.

Iodine Test Papers

Measures available iodine in a range between 12.5 p.p.m. and 50 p.p.m.
Accurate in daylight conditions. 100 papers.

Procedure:
Dip a glass rod into your iodine based sanitizing solution.
Allow 1-2 drops to flow onto litmus paper 1/2" from the end.
Shake off the excess liquid.
