This thermometer is dual scale - Centigrade and Fahrenheit - with a 1/2" NPT thread on the back, a 4" stem or probe, and 3" anti-glare glass face. There is a calibration nut on the back. The housing is stainless steel.

Fermentation scale: -20º/120º C - 0º/250º F.

For use with the Mash Tun, Hot water Tank or any of the Polarware Kettles.
