This thermometers is dual scale - Centigrade and Fahrenheit - with a 1/2" NPT thread on the back, a 4" stem or probe, and 3" anti-glare glass face. There is a calibration nut on the back. The housing is stainless steel.

Fermentation scale: 0º/55º C - 30º/130º F.

For use with the any of the MiniBrew conical fermenters except
the 6.5 gallon Affordable Conical Fermenter.
