Pectic Enzyme
 

A pectin neutralizing enzyme that aids the wine in achieving good clarity. Also assists in extraction of juice and color if used prior to pressing. May be added before or after fermentation is completed. Use 5 drops per gallon. It’s shelf life is limited to 6 months when refrigerated.

1/2 ounce liquid concentrate - enough for 60 gallons

Use: 1/4 teaspoon per 5 gallons.
